Congratulations rakyats. You made it possible to be proud. One year today last year, we were anxiously waiting for the results.
This GE results were purposely being delayed. The past election results were fast and furious. But this time it was slow and frustrating. Lot of big names were rolling. Umno guys were panicking and obviously shitting in their pants. They never thought they will loose. Never in their wildest dreams. Canvas raised in front of Najib's house for celebration. 11 pm nothing. 12 am nothing. In between TDM appeared twice in TV announcing results announcements being purposely delayed because they the BN have lost! On another appearance he says PH have won the election by simple majority! But still no announcements from EC! The guy who is heading the EC must be having hear-attack and he was openly being criticized on TV. Of course the TV presenters were not prepared for this as well.
It like Thaipusam at home. Whole family was cheering every election results favoring the PH. Big names from UMNOMCA/MIC loosing was like Deepavali fire work! The EC Chairman still has not found his balls to announce it officially, increasing the anxiety and frustration. Giving more and more time and opportunities for rumors such as BN is fixing the results with the help of EC and other government agencies. There were few GE results had sudden change of results. There were ruckus at poll counting station at Negeri Sembilan, where the election commission officer dont want to sign the handing over forms of election results that delayed the official announcements. Obviously the PH has won there but the EC officer was so scared or stubborn to make the results official, just showing how deeply the system has rotten. The counting station was sealed and no one allowed to in and out until further notice. What the fuck!!!
Rumor mongers spread that there were riots in KL... which was far from the truth. Things were ok everywhere and all these rumors are spread so that the BN will use it to declare emergencies and hang on to the power. There were few places where civilians took law in their own hands when they stopped few vehicles including police patrol cars to ensure the vehicles were not used to transport fake ballot papers! The civilians awareness was that high that they didn't care about being arrested or police outburst.
Suddenly heard of news that say appearance of military tanks and vehicles around KL especially nearby Najib's house. Whats going on!!! Later glad that it was more to keep the peace rather than creating panics and havoc.
Then the announcement by the EC Chairman at around 4.50am on the 10th May 2018!!! Just look at the way the bugger announced! I got really pissed off at him! Not only me, but 90% of the people i guess. He just didn't get it in him to make an honest announcement and clearly he was disappointed with the results! FUCK him!
Then finally after nearly 18hrs of waiting it was official but still the Umno guys refused to accept it! It was pretty obvious when Najib the next had the audacity to announce that no party has reached majority and its is up to the Agong to decide who will form the government! Najib oh Najib!!
Then the next test was for the royals to accept the new government headed by TDM where he was stood up again and again to sworn in as the 7th PM! Rest is history until 10th evening!
Fast forward one year.... im proud that i voted for PH! Im sure lot of others. But quiet number of us were and are very fast to conclude that PH are not performing. N for this we all know the reasons. PH is facing walls of few inches thickess in everything they try to do and achieve. The race, religion, language and the royals are being used again and again as reasons to tie PH hands. Cyber troopers being used en mass to spread lies and to confuse people. Every single good things done by PH are twisted as to show its a threat to Islam, Malays and even royals. Some of the lies spreads by them so dangerous that it could lead to misunderstanding and confusion among people and even lead to communal clash. Police really have to have a look into this.
PH for their parts as promised dont want control the freedom of speech which is ok for lot of people but they should be kept in check. Liars, thieves and humor mongers are pictures like god by these people and all the PH politicians are shown like villains which is very very dangerous for the overall progress of the country. i really wish to see the police and MCMC take action against them. While they did come up lot of good actions last one year, one thing that the fear mongers keep harping on is the election manifesto. Little we all know that the system of last 60yrs were so rotten that it is impossible to fix it in one year or even in next 5yrs. Good people will see this and understand this and will NOT simply insist on manifesto. What PH need now is full term and time to fulfill their election manifestos.
In addition to this, the PH ministers are inexperienced, and the different political parties are trying to work together only now. This is a difficult task. Few things they dont know are to cheat, rob, spread lies and corrupt practices. That could work against them as well especially when they seem so innocent. They should watch out for anyone in their teams who tried to work against them or sabotage them.
Those who keep spreading lies, please take note that the changes were necessary for your next generations as well. Those who believe in God, any God, they will not spread lies and confuse people.
Wish you all the best PH.... no matter what, you are my choice always. Just dont disappoint us. There were lot of good voters, young and old voters who worked their ass off without any pay or without wanting anything in return just to see the kleptocracy government defeated. You have given us hope and we expect you to work harder for us more. We are with you and just proof all those detractors are wrong.
